DANGER
Risk of injury and machine damage when handled by
unauthorised persons
Improper repair work and modifications to the product may lead to serious
injuries and damage to the device. The product warranty will be rendered
invalid if the unit is handled by unauthorised persons.
• Operating, maintenance, cleaning and repair work may only be carried
out by qualified personnel (in Germany see TRBS 1203).
DANGER
Risk of burns
Risk of burns from hot coolant and hot surfaces.
• Switch off the cooling unit before starting maintenance, servicing,
assembly, disassembly or repair work.
• Wear your personal protective equipment.
In the event of any doubts and/or problems, please contact your retailer or
LORCH.

NOTICE
• Please consult the operating instructions for the welding components,
such as the power source, wire feeder, coolant recirculator, etc.
Cause
• Contact tip loose
• Power fittings loose on the torch side
and to the workpiece
• Coolant flow too low
• Control lead interrupted/defective
• Flow control in the coolant
recirculator has triggered
MIG/MAG welding torches ML/MW GRIP
Troubleshooting
• Check and tighten
• Check and tighten
• Check the cooling system.
Increase the coolant flow
• Check/repair
• Check coolant level and top up
if necessary
