6.3 Positioning the battery
Before use, the battery should be positioned and
securely anchored to prevent it from moving dur-
ing use.
For installation, use suitable fixing supports for the
size and weight of the battery.
6.4 Connection cable
Solely and exclusively use cables with the right
specifications and diameter for the battery capac-
ity, in order to avoid overheating or unnecessary
loss of energy.
Use protective fuses with a suitable rating for the
load.
Place the protection fuses as close as possible to
the positive battery terminal on the load line.
6.5 Connecting the battery
1. Connect the load (or battery charger) to the
(+) terminal on the battery.
Warning! Do not connect the (-) termi-
nal first as this may cause short cir-
cuits.
2. Connect the load (or battery charger) to the (-)
terminal on the battery.
3. Ensure that both contacts are tightened firmly.
6.5.1 Multi-battery connection diagram
Warning! Using for the first time
If this is a first-time installation:
• Complete the charging process on
each battery individually.
• Connect the batteries in parallel for
8-12 hours to allow automatic volt-
age balancing.

6.6 Disconnecting the battery
1. Disconnect the negative cable from the (-) ter-
minal on the battery.
2. Disconnect the positive cable from the (+) ter-
minal on the battery.
