11. GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS
1. Upon delivery, the customer is required to immediately check the product for damage during trans-
port. The customer must notify Teleco SpA of any damage relating to transport as soon as possible
and, in any event, not later than three (3) days from delivery, with a clear written statement specify-
ing the damage and attaching a photograph, if possible.
2. If the customer proves that the products do not conform to the contract, Teleco SpA has the option
of repairing and/or replacing the products concerned with new ones, if they were returned, and/or
to reimburse the value of the invoice, excluding shipping costs.
3. If the customer is a private individual not acting for or on behalf of a company or business, the cus-

tomer is entitled to return the product to Teleco SpA within seven (7) days of delivery. In this case,
the returned goods are accepted only if the product and original packaging are undamaged, while
the shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer.
4. Teleco SpA will seek to manufacture reliable and safe products and deliver them to the customer.
5. Teleco SpA guarantees the product from manufacturing defects for two years. "Manufacturing de-
fects" do not include damage caused by: (a) general wear and tear, (b) short circuit, (c) overload,
(d) deep discharge, (e) a poor connection to the load, motors and other equipment, (f) any other
misuse contrary to the user's instructions and (g) any use contrary to the product specifications.
6. Any liability towards the customer terminates, in any event, if the customer fails to report the exist-
ence of a defect to Teleco SpA within three (3) days from its discovery, in writing, to allow Teleco
SpA to investigate.
7. Any liability by Teleco SpA for damages suffered by the customer is in any case limited to the
amount invoiced for the products in question. Teleco SpA can never be liable for consequential
damages or loss of profit, unless such damage is caused by the gross negligence or deliberate fault
of Teleco SpA.
8. To the extent that a court rules that the limitation of liability, as provided for in the clause in point 7,
cannot be invoked against a specific request for damages by the customer, the liability of Teleco
SpA for loss of property, damage to property or body injuries (including death) resulting from the
use of these specific Teleco SpA products shall in any case be limited to the amount actually paid
to Teleco SpA by its insurance company, in accordance with the insurance policy coverage for this
type of specific damage. Teleco SpA has taken out insurance against certain risks by name for the
use of Teleco SpA products in ground vehicles and aircraft, each as described in the respective
insurance policies. These policies contain the normal limitation of the insurance payment to be paid
to Teleco SpA if and to the extent that the event is a covered event.
Teleco SpA assumes no liability for any accident when the battery is used under conditions different
from those described in this document.
