Pump tube
12 Position lower valve seat (26)
large diameter downward on bench.
13 Install and seat support ring (25)
onto lower valve seat.
14 Install and seat u-cup seal (9),
heel first, onto lower valve seat.
15 Position lower rod (15) on bench with roll
pin hole downward.
16 Install guide (24), flat side first, onto
lower rod.
17 Install lower valve seat assembly, lips
first, onto lower rod.
18 Install spacer (27) and valve plate (28),
flat side first, onto lower rod.
19 Install nut (29) that secures assembly to
lower rod, being sure not to overtighten.
20 Position lower rod assembly vertically
with nut on bench.
21 Install lower tube (23), flared end first,
onto lower rod assembly, using care
when passing u-cup seal.
22 Install and seat o-ring (21) onto upper
valve seat (22).
23 Install and seat upper valve seat
assembly, o-ring upward, into lower
tube.
24 Install u-cup seal (19), heel first, into
check valve (20).
25 Install and seat check valve assembly,
seal upward, onto lower rod.
26 Install valve stop (18) onto lower rod.
27 Loosely screw upper tube (17), short
counterbore end, into lower tube.
28 Install o-ring (16) onto upper tube.
Attach pump tube to air
motor
29 Push lower rod assembly upward until
roll pin hole is exposed above upper
tube.
30 Using socket wrench, screw lower rod
assembly into piston rod until roll pin
holes align.
NOTE
Support lower rod assembly and piston
rod during roll pin (14) installation.
Damage to components can occur.
31 Using small hammer, install roll pin (14).
32 Screw upper tube into air motor base,
using care passing o-ring.
33 Tighten lower tube into upper tube and
at the same time upper tube into air
motor base.
34 Install o-ring (12) into camlock
adapter (13).
NOTE
Lightly coat inside diameter of o-ring
with grease.

35 Install camlock adapter onto air motor
assembly (1), using care when o-ring
passes air motor base.
36 Install screws (4), lockwashers (5),
and nuts (6) that secure camlock adapter
to air motor assembly.
37 Tighten screws securely in crisscross
pattern.
