5.2 Repairs
Only persons with the appropriate knowledge and ability are allowed to repair the device.
Before the device is used again, it has to be checked by a qualified person or an expert.

Work to be carried out
•
Check and retighten all hydraulic screw connections
(may only be carried out by an expert).
•
Replace the hydraulic fluid
(recommended hydraulic oil: HLP32 according to ISO4407/1999).
•
Replace all existing hydraulic oil filters.
•
Tighten all hydraulic connections
•
Check the hydraulic system for leaks
•
Check hydraulic oil filter, clean if necessary (if present)
•
Check hydraulic fluid and replace (according to manufacturer's instructions)
(recommended hydraulic oil: HLP32 according to ISO4407/1999).
•
Check the hydraulic hoses for kinks and chafing.
Damaged hydraulic hoses must be replaced
(it is generally recommended that hydraulic hoses are replaced every 6 years).
•
Only the specified oil types may be used!
Maintenance work
•
Control all electrical connections and/or retighten (the implementation is
only allowed by an expert)
•
Check all fuses (if existing)
•
Check the electric cabling for breaks and abrasion, if necessary, replace it
(only qualified personal)
