4 – VEGETABLE SLICER (G)*
4.1 – ASSEMBLY
Follow diagram 6, then diagrams 4.1 and 4.2.
4.2 – USAGE, TIPS AND DISASSEMBLY
• Switch on the appliance by turning the speed selector dial (A1) to speed "5" for cutting or speed
"7" for grating.
• Insert the food into the funnel and guide it using the pusher (G2).
Never use your fingers or utensils to push ingredients through the funnel.
• You can prepare up to 2 kg of food. Maximum operating time: 10 mins.
• With the cones, you can prepare:

- Coarse grate (G4)/Fine grate (G5): carrots, celeriac, potatoes, cheese etc.
- Thick sliced (G3): potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, apples, beetroot etc.
Disassembly: Wait for the appliance to come to a complete stop and dismantle in the opposite way
to the assembly instructions — following diagrams 6, then 4.2 and 4.1.
5 – MINI CHOPPER (N1 + N2)*

5.2 – USAGE, TIPS AND DISASSEMBLY
• With the mini chopper, you can very finely chop:
- Herbs: 10 g max / 10 secs max / Speed "7"
- Dried fruit: 60 g max / 10 secs max / Speed "8"
- Onion: 60 g max / Pulse / 8 x 1s
• This mini chopper is not designed for hard products, such as coffee, or liquids.
Disassembly:
Wait for the appliance to come to a complete stop and dismantle in the opposite
way to the assembly instructions — following diagrams 6, then 5.6 to 5.1.
6 – SPICE GRINDER (N3 + N4)*
6.1 – ASSEMBLY
Follow diagrams 6, and 5.1 to 5.6.
6.2 – USAGE, TIPS AND DISASSEMBLY
• With the spice grinder, you can very finely chop:
- Coffee beans: 60 g / Pulse / 30 secs
- Coriander: 100 g / Pulse / 30 secs
• This spice grinder is not designed for liquids.
Disassembly:

way to the assembly instructions — following diagrams 6, then 5.6 to 5.1.

7 – CORD ADJUSTMENT (see A7)
The cord can be stowed away in the appliance.
8 – PROCESSOR*
- With the Pulse setting, chop dried figs, dried apricots etc. in seconds. Quantity / max. time:
80 g / 3 secs / Pulse
CLEANING
• Unplug the appliance.
• Never immerse the appliance (A) in water or put it under running water. Wipe it with a dry or
slightly damp cloth.
• Fully dismantle the accessories and rinse them soon after use.
Handle all blades with care to prevent injury (figure 6).
• Wash, rinse and dry the accessories: Only the mincer head (F), mini chopper blade holders (N2)
and spice grinder (N4) are not dishwasher safe.
