Replacing the light bulbs. GEA ,.,oes, om

Setting either or both controls to 0 does not remove power to the light circuit,
Refrigerator Compartment--Upper Light
O Unplug the _efiigmator. O
The bulbs are located at the top of dm
comparmmnt, inside the light shiekl_
Remove the screw at the fiont of the
light shield
0 To remove the light shield, press in on
dae tabs on tim sides of the shield and
slide forward and out
Alter replacing the bulb with an
appliance bulb of the stone el towm
wattage, replace the light shield and
screu_ When replacing tile light slfield,
m;tke sure flint file tabs at the back of
the shield fit into the slots at the back,
of the light shield housing
Plug the refiigerator back in,
Refrigerator Compartment--Lower Light
This light is tocated above the top drawer
O Unplug the leffigm'ator:
Lift the light shield up and pulI it ont,
0 After replacing the bulb with an
appliance bulb o[ file stone m lower
wattage, replace the shield.
O Plug the refiigerator back in
Freezer Compartment
0 Unplug the refrigerate1:
Remove the shelf just above the light
shield° (The sheKwill be easier to
remove if it is emptied first,) Remove
the screw at the top of the light shield,
To remove the tight shield, press in on
the sides, m_d lift up and out.

Replace d_e bulb with an appliance
bulb of the same or lowe_ wattage,
and reinstall the light shield, _,_aen
reinstalling the light shield, make
sure the top tabs snap securely
into place. Replace the screw,
Reinstall the sheK and plug the
refrigeratm back in,
Dispenser
O Unplug the refrigm-aton
The bulb is located on the dispenser
under flae conuol panel,
Remove the light bulb by ttmfing
i t coun terclockwiseo
0 Replace the bulb with a bulb of the
same size and wattage.
O Plug the refi_igerator back in.
