Model ST Setup Mode - Setup Mode Overview
Model ST Flame Setup - Flame Setup Overview
The Model ST allows users to defi ne and save up to 100 total Flame Settings. These settings are displayed on the screen in the order that they are added
to the system. The Flame Setup menu will display fi ve (5) settings per page. Use the Up and Down buttons to scroll through the list (5 records at a time)
as Flame Settings are added.

The Perfect Flame Model ST allows an operator to toggle between fi ve
different fl ame settings so that they can quickly and seamlessly move
between different braze connections. Hands-free technology allows users
to change settings using a foot pedal or the integrated touch screen. This
confi guration is ideal for the brazing operator who has multiple braze
joints per job that require different fl ame settings.
The following options are available on the Main Menu:
1. Setup Mode
2. Production Mode
3. Demo Mode
The Perfect Flame Model ST allows operators to run a predefi ned Job
Setting that contains predefi ned Flame Settings. Job and Flame Settings
are confi gured and added to libraries that work together to determine
a set workfl ow. By allowing up to 100 Flame Settings and up to 25 Job
Settings, Model ST provides unparalleled fl exibility for any manufacturing
operation.
In order to run in Production Mode, at least one Flame Setting must be
created and added to a Job Setting that is made available to operators.
Accessing Setup Mode requires the operator or supervisor to enter a
password. This password (HPG@123) is provided as part of the Perfect
Flame agreement and can be changed at any time (see System Settings).
WARNING: Prior starting the Flame Setup process, ensure that all
hose and torch connections are secure and that you have tested for
leaks.

1. Flame Setup
2. Job Setup
3. Production Mode
4. Settings
From this screen, users can create, edit, duplicate, or delete Flame
Settings. Press Setup Mode to return to the Setup Mode Menu. Press the
Home icon to return to the Main menu.
