FAULT DIAGNOSIS
The following simple checks may be performed by the operator. If the machine is still not working, please contact your local Service Agent:

Reason
• Battery terminal is not connected
• Mains switch on battery is in the off position
• Motor overload protector has tripped
• Transport wheels not raising off the ground
when handle lowered
• Transport working lever is in bottom position
• Incorrectly fitted / damaged recovery tank
• Worn brushes
• Drum not rotating
• Debris around drum or base of machine
• Debris around brushes
• Battery low voltage
• Motor overheated
• Faulty pump
• Incorrectly fitted / damaged electrical cable
• Solution tank is empty
• Blocked jet
• Blocked inline filter
• Blocked filter or faulty valve in solution tank

Remedy
• Connect battery terminal
• Switch to on position
• Wait for 20 minutes to allow the
motor temperature to reach room
temperature. Then try again.
• Check for debris and clean machine.
• Change to operating position (see
pictorial guide)
• Refit or replace recovery tank
• Check brush pressure, if needed
replace brushes
• See below
• Clean drum and base of the machine
• Clean or replace brushes
• Charge the battery for 5 1/2 hours
and then try again.
• Wait 20 minutes and restart
• If there is no noise present from the
pump, check that the pull cable is
fitted correctly.
• Refit / replace electrical cable - this
should be on the right hand side of the
machine from the operator's position.
• Fill solution tank
• Clean jet
• Clean inline filter
• Clean / replace filter or valve
