3.3 Water connection
Below the equipment bottom, the charge and discharge pipes are visible.
Connect the charge tube with the building sanitary water piping by means of a flexible tube.

 Use the equipment only for the purpose it has been designed for.
 Do not allow non-qualified operators to operate the equipment.
 Do not touch the equipment with wet hands or feet.

2. EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION
The cold plate base has been designed for the exposition and conservation of cool food. It is a drop-in
refrigerated element prepared to be dropped in a piece of furniture or buffet.
The cooled equipment is composed of a cold base, a condenser unit and a control panel.
The base is insulated with injected ecologic polyurethane and it has a copper serpentine inside by which the
coolant gas circulates. The condenser unit is partially removable to facilitate maintenance and it is located in the
