Description

Front handle Handle located on the cutting device.

Trigger switch lockout Locks trigger switch in the off
position until you have a proper grip with your hand
around the handle.

Rear handle Handle located furthest from the cutting
device.

Trigger switch Activated by the operator's finger for
turning the motor on.

Interlock switch Stops the hedge trimmer whenever
the front handle is released.

Guard Guard between the front handle and cutting de-
vice for protecting the hand from injuries if the hand slips
off the handle.

Power indicator LED Remains illuminated when power
to unit is turned on. Turns off when power to unit is off.

Power button Press once to turn on power to the unit,
power indicator LED illuminates. Press once more to
turn power off to unit, power indicator LED turns off.

10. Speed indicator The LEDs indicate the selected speed
level.
11. Speed selector Press the button to select the blade
speed.
12. Cutting device That part of the assembly of cutter
blade and shear plate together with any supporting part,
which performs the cutting action.
13. Blade tip guard Protects blades from the wear and
damage of hitting against foundation walls or digging
into soil to help prolong the life of the blades.
14. Blunt extension An extending blunt part of the cutting
device.
15. Blade cover When transporting or storing the product
always fit the blade cover.
16. Rotation release lever Device to be lifted up for unlock-
ing the rear handle.

19. Battery cover Prevents misuse of non-compatible bat-
tery. Not for holding and controlling the hedge trimmer.
