1.3 Additional safety warnings

been instructed on using the product safely and

play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance

1.3.1.1 Use with a grass blade
The GARDENA Battery Grass Shears are intended
for cutting lawn edges and precise shaping of shrubs,
especially boxwood, in private domestic and non-
professional gardens.
1.3.1.2 Use with a shrub blade
The GARDENA Battery Shrub Shears are intended
for cutting individual bushes, shrubs and vines in pri-
vate domestic and non-professional gardens.
The product is not suitable for continuous operation
(professional operation).
1.3.2. Safety warnings for batteries and
battery chargers
Read all the safety warnings and
instructions.
Failure to observe the safety warnings and instructions
may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
Store these instructions in a safe place. Only
use the battery charger if you are familiar with all of its
functions and are able to perform these without limita-
tion or have received appropriate instructions.
