Tips: The suggested working temperature is -4°F-104°F (-20°C-40°C).
5. When using the camera, avoid dramatic temperature or humidity changes as condensation
may form on or within the camera which may affect shooting quality.
6. Before using the camera in water, swipe down from the top of the touchscreen and click
to to lock the screen and prevent accidentally pressing it or changing settings. You can use the
Q Button or Menu Button to change shooting modes when locked, then press the Shutter Button
to select the mode and return to the preview page. The Q Button or Menu Button must first be
set as "Switch Shooting Modes" in Settings > Customize Button.
7. Remove the Lens Guards before using the camera underwater or installing the Dive Case.
8. Avoid jumping into water at high speed with the camera. Otherwise, the impact may result
in water seeping into the camera. When doing risky sports such as diving or surfing, it is
recommended to use its Dive Case (refer to the instructions of the Dive Case for more details).
9. After using in water, clean and dry it thoroughly with a soft cloth. Allow it to dry before the
next use to prevent any damage to the camera. Ensure the camera is completely dry before
opening the battery cover and removing the battery. If there is water in the Type-C port slot
under the USB cover, open the USB cover, wipe it, and let it dry naturally before use.
Note: If using in salt water, soak the camera in fresh water for 5-10 minutes first, then to dry the
camera.
