A1.7 Specification for water to be treated
PuliMATIC has been designed and created for the treatment of drinking water.
If the water to be treated is not potable, process water and/or cooling water please refer to Acqua
Brevetti s.r.l. (tel. +39.(0)49.8973432, e-mail: : info@acquabrevetti.it.)
BravoMATIC cannot be used to filter water containing any kind of chemicals (for example acids, bases,
solvents, detergents, antifreeze, glycols etc.).
A1.8 Usage precautions
Warning! PuliMATIC filter is a device connected to a 220 volt electricity grid.
The plug adapter should be inserted in a standard socket equipped with grounding contact and
protected by a residual current device (circuit breaker). Verify that the adaptor is plugged all
the way into the outlet and placed in a protected area, preserved from accidental contact,
water splashing, moisture and heat sources. For any service disconnect the filter from the
power supply.
A1.9 Backwashing circuit and electrical connections (description)
On the back of the filter there are two electrical wires, red/black:
- red/black cable (detail A in fig.): supply cable to be connected to the power supply dedicated pin;
- red/black cable (detail B in fig): voltage free contact to manage auxiliary devices served by the filter ( e.g.
solenoid valves, pumps, alarms, etc..).
Being a voltage free contact the black/red cable of detail B must not be connected directly to electrical
loads.
A1.10 Identification of the backwashing circuit
On the cover of the present user manual the constructor marks with an X the table referred to the
standard program set in the circuit of the sold filter. Inside the protection circuit cover, close to the D.I.P.
switch, there is a label for the identification of the program, in case of loss of instructions.
