5.4.2. Transport trolley

1. Push the transport trolley only using the handle.
2. Position it to the side of the surface finishing system directly under the separation unit.

Insert the mains plug into a mains socket. Make sure the socket is provided with a mains fuse. 1×230 V, 50 – 60 Hz, single
phase, mains fuse 10 A.

6.1. PERFORM A TEST RUN

fr A test run is mandatory before first use.
ü Secure the surface finishing machine against rolling away. Apply the parking brake to the castors to ensure this.
ü Cover at the outlet from the trough on the separation unit closed.
1. Unlock the door for access to the water tank.
2. Using a measuring beaker, measure out the required quantity of compound and pour it into the left unit of the water

tank.
3. Pour approx 45 litres water into the left unit of the water tank. The filling level can be read on the level display.
» The compound will mix with the water that was poured in.
Push the water tank into the surface finishing machine and lock the door.

4. Switch on the main switch.
5. Perform a visual check of the trough and the separation unit.
Depending on the application, select appropriate abrasive chips and fill the left hand chamber or the entire trough. Main-
tain a maximum filling level 3 cm below the water outlet.
6. Select "Manual".

7. Set Speed to 1500 rpm.
8. Press to start the motor.
9. Test the sequence of functions listed below:

Press to start the motor.

Press to raise the Speed to 3000 rpm.
Close the trough cover and noise-absorption hood.
Press "On >" to start the pump

Press "Off >" to stop the pump
1. Position the transport trolley with transport boxes under the separation unit.
2. Open the side cover of the trough and remove the abrasive chips via the separation unit.
3. Empty the container.

Function to be tested
The trough should vibrate.
The vibrations in the trough should become stronger.
Water will be delivered from the circulation tank by two
nozzles.
The delivery of water will stop.
