Best thawing results are achieved by stirring halfway through the set time. To stir, wait
until halfway through the process, open the door, stir the contents, extracting them
from the appliance if necessary, then quickly reposition them; close the door, the
process will resume from where it was stopped.

Knowing the constituent materials of anything inserted in the appliance is crucial in
