The water temperature is

The refrigerant system
is blocked or leaking.
Ice formed on or around
the ice cube shovel.
Solution
Fill the water tank up to the MAX mark
with water that has a temperature of at
least 8°C and up to 25°C.
Leave a free space of at least 15 cm
around the appliance for optimal
ventilation.
Make sure the room temperature is
between 10°C and 43°C.
Fill the water tank up to the MAX mark
with cool water (from 8°C and up to 28°C).
Contact the after-sales service of your
store.

Turn off and unplug the appliance.

Push the flap back slightly and remove
the pieces of ice.
3.
Restart the appliance.
