2.
Do not hold the "dipped" food over the collecting pan for too long as it may fall in and obstruct the spiral.
INSTALLATION AND USE
Before assembly: Ensure that the mains plug is disconnected and that the switch is turned to the OFF position.
1.
Place the motor housing on a smooth, flat and stable working surface.
2.
This working surface should be easy to clean, as there will be some splashes.
3.
Place the spiral on the drive on the collection pan.
4.
Place the cascades over the spiral. The three bolts on the collection pan are located in the holes of the
cascade.
5.
The assembled fountain must be in a horizontal position.
Preparation:
Wash and clean the fruit, cut the fruit up into mouth-sized pieces.
Melting the chocolate:
1.
As the heating element in the device needs a long time to melt the chocolate, we recommend liquefying
the chocolate beforehand.
2.
Melt the chocolate in an appropriate vessel on the cooker ( in a water bath if necessary ) or in the
microwave oven. Do not allow the chocolate to become too hot, as otherwise it will turn grey when it
cools down.
3.
If the chocolate is too thick, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil, milk or fresh liquid cream.
4.
You can also melt the chocolate in the collection pan once you have connected the device to the electric
power supply. Turn the rotary switch to HEAT and add the chocolate in small pieces, the collecting pan
has a volume of approximately 500g.
Caution:
The motor should only be switched on after the chocolate has completely melted.
OPERATION
1.
Fill the collection pan with melted chocolate or melt the chocolate as described above.
2.
Turn the function switch to HEAT in order to melt the chocolate or to keep it liquid.
3.
If the chocolate is liquid, turn the switch to HEAT MOTOR. The spiral transports the chocolate to the top
before it flow back down over the cascades into the collecting pan.
4.
Skewer the pieces of fruit on a fork or wooden stick or place the nuts and ice cream on a spoon. Then hold
them in the chocolate.
5.
Fill up with more liquid chocolate if necessary.
6.
After use, turn the switch to the "OFF" position and remove the mains plug.
7.
Pour any remaining liquid chocolate into another vessel.
Note:
If after a few minutes there is no closed chocolate loop, more chocolate or vegetable oil has to be added.
CLEANING
1.

2.
Never immerse the motor housing with the collecting pan into water.
3.
Do not use any sharp items for cleaning!
4.
Do not use any caustic or abrasive detergents!
