Cause
The unit is out of power.
The POWER button is not
pressed and held for sufficient
time.
The USB-C cable is not
securely connected.
Bluetooth device is located out
of range.
Bluetooth is not activated.

Solution
Charge the unit.
Press and hold the
POWER button for
more than 3 seconds.
Unplug and plug the
USB-C cable into the
Type C charging port
securely.
Place this unit and
bluetooth device
closely together.
Ensure that bluetooth
function is activated in
the bluetooth device.
