INSTRUMENT CLUSTER SETTING:
After configuring the engine control unit as described above, to take advantage of all the features of the AQS accessory
it is advisable to check from the Instrument panel / Vehicle menu that the "AQS down" mode is ON. This may not be by
default and therefore the quick shift would only work in upshifts.
Therefore, by switching from AQS Down OFF to AQS Down ON, the User will enable the operation of quick shift in the
downshift mode without using the clutch.
Briefly pressing the MODE UP or MODE DOWN buttons, selects the "AQS Down" entry in the "Vehicle" menu.
Selecting the "AQS Down" entry by briefly pressing the MODE RIGHT button changes the activation status (from OFF to
ON or vice versa).
Briefly press the MODE LEFT button to go back to the main MENU.
AQS ICON KEY (SEE ALSO THE VEHICLE'S USE AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL):
White icon = AQS ON ( available and enabled from the instrument cluster menu).
Grey icon = AQS OFF (disabled from the instrument cluster menu).
Fixed orange icon = AQS configured correctly but not usable for the current conditions of the engine (e.g. the gear is first or neu-
tral, the rpm are too low or too high, the clutch is engaged, the Cruise Control is activated and under adjustment).
Red icon = AQS system malfunction.
