5. INSTRUCTONS FOR TRAINING AND USE
TRAINING ON THE TRAMPOLINE:
Caution: Before use, ma sure the spring cover is correctl positioned to cover all the
springs.
Set up the trampoline on as even a surface as possible following all the safet instructions
(included in this handbook).
Before ou reall "cut loose (e.g. with our suggested trampoline e ercise included later
in the handbook), we recommend a few basic warm-up e ercises on the trampoline in
addition to some initial stretching.
The following page contains a few suitable warm-up e ercises and stretches. We
recommend the following warm-up e ercises before training and after training as cool-
down e ercises to help fend off muscle soreness and improve circulation.
