CHECKING THE CONDITION OF THE BYPASS FLAME INJECTOR NOZZLE
Remove the logs.
Unscrew the fastening screw V of the burner (fig.5) and remove the burner.
Loosen the tightening nut (A) of the bypass flame pipe and pull the pipe out of the bypass flame burner (fig. 6).
Check the nozzle and if necessary, replace it by a new one. Check the code number (see technical data). Subsequently, reinstall the bypass
flame pipe.
CHECKING THE CONDITION OF THE MAIN BURNER INJECTOR NOZZLE
The injector nozzles are located in the nozzle holder (B) (fig.7).
Check the disassembled injector nozzles (C) (fig.7) and if necessary, replace by new ones. Check the code number. Reinstall the injector
nozzles with sealing paste.
Checking the Injector Nozzle Pressure
Check the injector nozzle pressure at the highest and lowest settings. (See technical data).
Attention: when the heater is assembled, check the tightness of all gas-conducting elements with soapy water.
