Action
1. Change between forward-phase and reverse-phase. Refer to the instructions under Setup for phase selection.
2. Ensure that the input voltage to the device is less than 130 V~.
1. Verify that the bulb is dimmable. Test with an incandescent / halogen bulb. Check compatibilty on www.lutron.com/ledfinder
2. Check the wiring against Step 3 of the instructions. Verify that the black and white wires are not swapped.
3. Test on another lighting circuit.
1. Ensure load is within ratings noted in Step 2 of the instructions. Note deratings for multi-gang applications.
2. Ensure ambient temperature is less than 104 °F ( 40 °C).
1. Check the wiring against Step 3 of the instructions. Verify that the white and red wires are not swapped.
2. Check for short circuits to neutral or ground in all wiring locations, including at the load.
3. Replace the load(s) to check if it failed as a short.
4. Change between forward-phase and reverse-phase. Refer to the instructions under Setup for phase selection.
5. Check if bulb is compatible on www.lutron.com/ledfinder. Change to compatible bulb.
Change between forward-phase and reverse-phase. Refer to the instructions under Setup for phase selection.

1. Circuit breaker tripped or OFF. Reset or turn ON circuit breaker.
2. Verify that the wire connections did not come loose.
Push FASS switch in.
Replace or install bulbs.
If non-dimmable lamps are being used, replace with dimmable lamps.
Reposition to be within 30 ft (9 m) of an RF signal repeater.
Program according to the system Setup Guide.
Make sure the connected load meets the appropriate minimum load requirement for the control. See Step 2, Load types
and derating.
Program according to the system Setup Guide.
Follow the steps in the system Setup Guide to program the Hybrid Keypad.
Solid-state Hybrid Keypads internally dissipate about 2% of the total connected load. It is normal for Hybrid Keypads to feel
warm to the touch during operation.
