GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
USER GUIDE
In order to ensure that your new e-bike battery will work properly, provide long operation time
and lifespan, follow the instructions below.
SAFETY RULES
Caution is required while using and disposing of the device. Incorrect usage and not follow-
ing the guidelines below may pose a threat to life or health and property.
• Do not throw into fire or place on heat-generating devices (the battery may explode when
heated excessively).
• Keep away from extreme heat, cold, and moisture.
• Do not spray with water under high pressure.
• Optimal operating conditions range from 5–35 °C (41–95 °F).
• Make sure the device is situated in a properly ventilated room, as the surface of the
charger may get hot while charging.
• Do not expose the battery to high external pressure, as this could cause short circuits
and overheating.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not bite, suck, crush, or pierce, do not open the case and do not drop.
• Do not eat or insert the battery into any body cavity.
• Avoid contact with metallic objects.
• Use your battery with a motor of maximum supported power listed in the table below.
• Always use a charger compatible with your e-bike.
• Do not use the battery to charge devices other than e-bikes.
• Unplug the charger after charging is finished.
• When operating with battery pins, remember to be careful, otherwise you may damage
the device.
• To avoid short circuit, always check if the positive and negative pins, cables, or connec-
tor of the battery and e-bike have the same polarity.
• Make sure the battery cables and pins are properly isolated from water to avoid short
circuit and damage to the device and its components.
• If you notice any smoke or sparks while charging, immediately disconnect the battery.
• Maximum storage temperature range is 0–45 °C (32–113 °F).
• Do not use damaged batteries. If the battery has loose parts, the indicator does not work
properly, or the casing is broken, do not install the battery in your e-bike.
• Be careful when handling and disposing of the device. Incorrect use of the battery may
cause health and safety hazards.
At the end of its useful life, do not dispose of the device with your normal household waste.
For proper treatment, recovery and recycling, take this product to a designated collection
point.
ATTENTION!: Use the battery with a motor not exceeding the maximum power the battery
can support. Check the table below for maximum motor powers and corresponding battery
models.
Attention: The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use and
storage of the battery.
/Before first use:
1. Unpack the battery.
2. Press the button on the top of the battery to check the battery level.
3. Check if the battery positive (+) and negative (-) pins are correctly connected to the
e-bike positive (+) and negative (-) terminals.
4. In some battery types you will need to modify the battery connector to fit the e-bike
system.
/Installation
To mount the e-bike battery, you will need a screwdriver, power drill or an electrical multi-
meter. If you do not feel comfortable using tools like these, or encounter any problems with
mounting the battery, ask a qualified person for help.
• The battery is provided with replaceable rails. Depending on the bike, you may need to
drill new mounting holes in the rail to install the battery properly.
• It is important to know the polarity (+ and -) of the wires in your motor controller.
• If your e-bike battery has 4 output wires, connect both pairs parallel to the e-bike system.
• When the battery has 2 wires and the e-bike is equipped with more, check which cable is
the system power supply wire.
