INSTALLATION.
The below security distances and assembly diagrams are given for information only as an adaptation shall be
made depending on the norms in force regarding gas outlet, power, security minimum distances specific to
geographic areas.
The installation of the boilers must be done in the same way, for this reason, only the VAP 30 model will be
exposed. In the same way, air inlets and water connections will be missed in all drawings as section 4.13 indicates
the minimum security distances to be respected for their installation.
4.1.
Remove the packaging and the protective plastic.
4.2.
Remove the screws or bolts that fasten the boiler to the pallet and remove it.
4.3.
If our model has a plastic protection, it must be removed before starting it.
4.4.
The gearmotor of the cleaning system is sends disassembled into the ash box.
Nuts and bolts.
Gearmotor.
Protection lining.
4.5.
Keep the original packaging for 2 years and then recycle.
4.6.
Mandatory stainless steel pipe (AISI 316L), never use aluminum, galvanized or iron pipe.
4.7.
In cases of humidity in the atmosphere above 60% is highly recommended installing a double-walled pipe of
stainless steel.
4.8.
If the boiler is installed in a wooden house, the vertical pipe MUST be installed using double-wall insulation
and special attention should be paid to the area where it goes through the wall, isolated sockets are
mandatory.
4.9.
If the boiler is going to be mounted in a French-style fireplace, use a flexible tube of stainless steel for the gas
outlet, fexible braided hoses for the hydraulic conections and a cover plate to avoid the gas reverse.
4.10. Seal the gas out pipe's joints with aluminium belt and silicone of high temperature (300 °C) and fix the pipe
with clamps so that it cannot be removed without tools nor move the heater / boiler.
4.11. Gas output must be located in a ventilated area, not in closed or half-closed areas e.g. garage, corridor, air
space of the house or places where gas may concentrate.
4.12. The external parts of the boiler may reach high temperatures that might burn when touching; it is
recommended to use a non flammable grid to avoid risk of burn for children and old people.
The end of the gas outlet flex should remain higher than the boiler's output. It is mandatory to install at
least two metres in length vertically to create natural current preventing smoke, odors or eventual cut of
electric supply.
