9 PREPARING FOR USE
Before using REC+ VAS 581 011, some preliminary operations are required:
• assembling the support base;
• assembling the specific coupler kit on the tank for the recovery and storage of
contaminated refrigerant;
• checking the software version installed on the charging station.
9.1 Assembly of the Support Base
The support base of REC+ VAS 581 011 is made up of two special brackets equipped with
castors.
The brackets must be fastened through the specific screws and nuts provided.
Proceed as shown in the image:
Carry out the assembly operations on a flat surface.
Make sure the brackets are fastened properly before setting upright and
movingREC+ VAS 581 011.
