Operation
The Snap-on Cordless Band File is ideal for a wide variety
of sanding and grinding jobs in both automotive and
industrial fields. The tool is limited to the use of 1/4"- 3/4"
wide, 18" long belts which provide for a wide variety of
grinding applications.
Application
Switching On and Off
Note: The tool comes with a controlled slow-start safety
feature to reduce the reactions on the user and the
accessory.
Paddle ON/OFF Switch
1. To turn the tool on, rotate the trigger safety toward the
rear of the tool.
2. Squeeze the paddle trigger.
3. While the tool is running, the trigger can be held in the
"on" position at various positions along the paddle
without maintaining pressure on the safety.
4. To turn the tool off, release the paddle and the safety.
The trigger will return to the off position with the safety
automatically engaged.
