The goods must be put into the tub provided for this purpose. The
designated temperature of 5 °C can only be ensured if this is done.
➤ Switch on the device using the On/Off switch (fig. 2 1, page 3).
✓ The blue LED lights up.

After switching on, the cooler requires approx. 60 sec until the com-
pressor starts up.

Switching off and storing the device
If you do not intend to use the device for a prolonged period, proceed as fol-
lows:
➤ Disconnect the connecting cable from the battery.
➤ Clean the device (see chapter "Cleaning and maintenance" on page 21).
➤ Open the lid and leave it open.
This prevents odour build-up.

Cleaning and maintenance
Caution
a
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or hard objects during clean-
ing as these can damage the unit.
➤ Switch the device off sufficiently before cleaning it.
➤ Clean the device regularly with a damp cloth once it becomes dirty.
➤ Wipe up the condensation which has accumulated on the bottom as re-
quired.
➤ Wipe the device dry with a cloth after cleaning.
➤ Remove dust, dirt etc. from the air vents regularly using a vacuum clean-
er.
