The following table lists common problems and maintenance procedures for this series of portable air
conditioners. If the machine exhibits unusual operating conditions, you can refer to this table for easy
diagnosis and maintenance. If the problem persists, we recommend that you contact qualified service
personnel.
PROBLEM
The air conditioner does not
work
The air conditioner only
works for a short time.
Unpleasant odour appears in
the room during operation.
The air conditioner works,
but the room does not cool
down.
While the unit is in operation,
there is an unpleasant smell
in the room.
The unit does not work for
about 3 minutes after you
restart it.
REMEDYING THE PROBLEMS
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The display shows 'FL
The timer OFF function is activated.
Restricted passage of air through
the hose.
Air outlet is blocked by something.
Air filter dirty
Open windows, doors and/or
curtains that are not drawn.
The temperature you have set is
too high.
The air inlet grille is blocked/dirty.
There are heat sources in the room
(stove, hair dryer, etc.).
Exhaust air hose is separated from
the unit.
The technical specifications of the unit are not sufficient for the room in which it
is placed.
Ventilation filter is clogged
An automatic protection function
prevents the unit from being
restarted earlier than 3 minutes
after the last switch-off.

SOLUTION
Switch off the air conditioner, disconnect
the power supply and drain the
condensation water.
The air conditioner can only be switched
on again after 3 minutes after it has been
switched off.
Attach the exhaust air hose correctly and
keep it as short as possible without
bending.
Check and remove any obstacles
blocking the airway.
Clean the air filter according to the
description.
Close windows and doors and draw the
curtains. Follow the "Tips for correct use"
given above.
Set a lower temperature.
Make sure the air intake grille is
clear/clean the air filter.
Switch offheat sources:
Attach the exhaust air hose to the opening
on the back of the unit.
Clean the filter as described above.
Wait. This waiting time is part of the
normal functioning of the unit.
