Problem
The compressor does not start im‐
mediately after pressing the "Fast‐
Freeze" or "FastCool", or after
changing the temperature.
Door is misaligned or interferes with
ventilation grill.
Door does not open easily.
The lamp does not work.
There is too much frost and ice.
Water flows on the rear plate of the
refrigerator.
There is too much condensed water
on the rear wall of the refrigerator.
Water flows inside the refrigerator.
Water flows on the floor.
Temperature cannot be set.
Possible cause
The FastCool function is switched
on.
The compressor starts after a period
of time.
The appliance is not levelled.
You attempted to re-open the door
immediately after closing.
The lamp is in stand-by mode.
The lamp is defective.
The door is not closed correctly.
The gasket is deformed or dirty.
Food products are not wrapped
properly.
Temperature is set incorrectly.

Solution
