The battery pack is too
hot or too cold.
◾
The charge of the
battery pack is low and
nearly depleted.
◾
After pressing and
holding the power
button for 6 seconds, all
5 LEDs flash green and
red alternately, which
means the battery pack
is defective.
◾
After pressing and
holding the power
button for 6 seconds,
all 5 LEDs glow solid
orange, which means
the battery capacity
is below 40% of its
original.
SOLUTION
◾
Cool or warm the battery pack
until its temperature reaches
the -1 °F (-17 °C) – 152 °F
(67 °C) temperature range.

Charge the battery pack.
