First use of the remote control or replacement of the betterien:
•
Remove the cover on the back of the remote control.
•
Insert two "AAA" 1.5V batteries in the correct position (see
instructions in the battery compartment).
Safety instructions for battery replacement:

When the remote control is replaced or disposed of, the batteries must be removed and disposed of
in accordance with current legislation as they are harmful to the environment.
•
Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon zinc) or rechargeable (nickel
cadmium) batteries.
•
Do not dispose of batteries in fire. Batteries can explode or leak.
•
If the remote control will not be used for a long time, remove the batteries.
If the remote control needs to be replaced or disposed of, the batteries must be removed and disposed of
Also remove the batteries if the remote control will not be used for a long time to prevent corrosion
If the batteries need to be replaced, always replace both with ones of the same type and state of charge.
The exhaust air hose must be as short as possible and as little bent as
possible so that the air can flow freely.
The air conditioner should be placed on a solid floor to minimise noise and
vibration. Place the unit on a straight, level surface that is strong enough to
support the unit.
The appliance must be placed within reach of a properly earthed socket.
Never obstruct the air intake or exhaust openings of the appliance.
The exhaust air hose is precisely matched to this appliance. Do not extend
it or replace it with another hose, otherwise you could damage the appliance.
