Charging the battery
Before using the scale, make sure you charge the built-in battery.
1. Slide down the switch near the USB socket on the scale.
2. Plug one end of the USB charging cable (supplied) into the USB Type-C socket on
the scale and the other into the USB socket on a computer (PC, tablet, laptop) or
USB charger.
Watch the display:
Battery is charging: successive display of bars
Battery is charged: continuous display of all bars
Pay attention to the following:
Charging time: approx. 120 minutes.
Operating time: approx. 130 minutes.
You should recharge the battery if the display shows "Lo" or nothing.
When the scale is not used for a long time, you should top up the
battery periodically to prevent deep discharge.
Operation
Weighing
1. Slide down the switch near the USB socket on the scale.
2. Place the scale on an even, firm and dry surface. Carefully position the scale in order
to avoid hard shocks to the sensors/feet and therefore any damage.
3. Press OFF/TARE with a little force to switch on the scale.
"0" will be displayed.
4. Choose the desired unit of measurement by repeatedly touching UNIT.
You can select "g" (gramme/kilogramme), "lb oz" (pound), "ml" (millilitre) and "fl oz"
(liquid ounce).
5. If you want to weigh an item or substance in a container, now place the container
without anything in it onto the weighing surface. Otherwise, continue as described
in point 7.
6. Press OFF/TARE. "0" will be displayed.
7. Put the item or substance to be weighed into the container or place it onto the
weighing surface.
The measured weight is shown on the display.
8. Read off the measured weight and remove the item or substance from the
container or the weighing surface.
