INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PRE-INSTALLATION
• Ensure that the tub spout
supply pipe is a minimum of
4" above the tub.
• It is highly recommended to
secure the tub spout supply
pipe to a cross brace,
especially if the pipe flexes
easily.

INSTALL SUPPLY PIPE ADAPTER
• There are two options for installation, threaded or slip on.
• Install either THREADED ADAPTER (1) or SLIP ON ADAPTER (2) on to SUPPLY PIPE (3).
The SLIP ON ADAPTER (2) has a SET SCREW (4) that must be tightened.
NOTE: The supply pipe has a minimum wall clearance of 5/8" and a maximum of 1-3/16".
