SET ALARM
Note:
• The alarm can only be set when the radio is switched off.
• Make sure the time is set correctly.
1. Press and hold the PRE-/ALARM 1 button for at least 1 second and
confirm by pressing the SELECT/TUNING control. The hours are
flashing.
2. Turn the SELECT/TUNING control to set the hours and confirm the
entry by pressing the SELECT/TUNING control. The minutes are
flashing.
3. Turn the SELECT/TUNING control to set the minutes and confirm the
entry by pressing the SELECT/TUNING control. The display now flashes
Duration 60. Use the SELECT/TUNING control to set the alarm duration
from 15 to 90 seconds and confirm by pressing the SELECT/TUNING
control. Buzzer is now flashing in the display.
4. Turn the SELECT/TUNING control to set the alarm mode, FM mode
(FM radio, the last station listened to), BUZZER (alarm signal) or
DAB mode (DAB radio mode, last station listened to) and confirm
by pressing the SELECT/TUNING control. Turn the SELECT/TUNING
control and select the alarm repetition Once, Weekends, Weekdays,
Daily and confirm by pressing the SELECT/TUNING control. Turn the
SELECT/TUNING control and select the volume, confirm by pressing
the SELECT/TUNING control. The settings are now complete and
the alarm is set and activated. The activated alarm is indicated by the
alarm symbol
5. To deactivate the alarm again, briefly press the PRE-/ALARM 1
button. The alarm symbol

6. To turn off the sounding alarm, press PRE-/ALARM 1 button and the
alarm is switched off.
7. To set alarm 2, proceed as described above, but instead of pressing
the PRE/ALARM 1 button, press the PRE/ALARM 2 button.
