ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
1.Remove the treadmill from the shipping carton and place it on a level flat surface. Please
always use the aid of a second person when removing the treadmill from the ship-ping
carton.
2.Lift both Right and Left Handlebar Support Tubes up. One person should hold the both
Right and Left Handlebar Support Tubes in place while the other person tightens the bolts.
Lift both Right and Left Handlebar Support Tubes up and align bolt holes. Use two Locking
Knobs and two Washers to secure both Right and Left Handlebar Support Tubes onto the
Main Frame.
