3.3.3 Charging the battery
Prior to initial usage and when required, charge the device's battery.
It is recommended to charge the battery after each use of the device.
To charge the battery of the device:
• Stop using the device and park it in a safe place away from direct
sunlight and rain.
• Disconnect the battery from the cart by unplugging the battery
cable from the socket in the cart's frame (see image below) and
removing it from the cover, first releasing the securing buckle
and then unfastening the zipper:
• Connect the battery to the charger.
• Connect the charger to a power outlet.
• During charging, the indicator lamp on the charger lights up red.
When the battery is fully charged, the green LED will light up –
you can then disconnect the charger from the battery and from
the power outlet.
• The battery is now ready for use.
