Cordless Hand Blender This product should not be used to boil water.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the battery indicator light illuminates solid white
to indicate it is charged for operation. If the battery indicator light begins
to flash red, stop processing and re-charge.
IMPORTANT: Always make sure the stainless-steel blender shaft is dry with no
moisture in the connection point.
1. Place the motor body and stainless-steel blender shaft on a flat,
clean work area.
2. Align the arrow ( ) on the motor body with the stainless-steel blender
shaft's UNLOCK ( ) icon. (Figure 2).
3. Turn the blender shaft clockwise until the LOCK ( ) icon is directly
under the arrow ( ) and both pieces are locked together. (See Figure 3).
4. The cordless feature allows you to process ingredients either directly
in the saucepan, or place food to be processed into the spouted beaker
or any tall cooking or mixing container.
5. Insert the blender shaft deep into the bottom of the container.
(See Figure 4).
6. SAFETY ( ) button Must be pressed and hold first, then press power button
( ) to begin blending. Blend ingredients with a gentle lift and lower
motion.
7. Quickly press and release the POWER ( ) button for PULSE action.
8. When both buttons are released, blending will STOP and the Cordless Hand
Blender will turn OFF.
IMPORTANT: If food becomes lodged around the blending blade or the blade
guard, release both the POWER ( ) and the SAFETY ( ) button. Turn to
unlock and remove the stainless-steel blender shaft from the motor body.
Use a long-handled kitchen brush to clear debris and rinse well under
running water. Assemble unit and continue processing.
9. When processing is complete, release both the POWER ( ) and the SAFETY
( ) button. Lift the Cordless Hand Blender out of the beaker or blending
container.
WARNING: To avoid splattering, make sure the blades have completely
stopped.
