Cordless Chopper: For Best Results:
•
Partially freeze meat or fish before processing to obtain small pieces
(not purée).
•
To avoid damaging the chopping/grinding "S" blade, do not cut or grind
hard items such as frozen foods, ice, nutmeg, hard spices, rice,
chocolate bars, or coffee beans.
•
To avoid over-processing, periodically check the consistency of the food.
•
Although the non-slip feet on the chopping bowl will stabilize the bowl
during cutting, it is recommended that while chopping, you hold the
immersion blender handle with one hand and hold the chopping bowl with
the other.
•
NEVER process boiling liquids or very hot foods in the chopping bowl.
•
Cut foods into uniform 1/2-inch pieces to ensure faster, even-textured
results.
•
Do not operate the chopper accessory continuously for more than 1
minute. Allow the motor to rest for 3 minutes between each use.
