INTENDED USE
Double-walled column with perforated panels that can be used on both sides.
9 x 9 mm perforated panels with 37 mm grid to take easyFix hooks and holders,
and other perforated panel accessories.
Observe the maximum load capacity including add-ons.
2.4.
REASONABLY FORESEEABLE MISUSE
Fit only the intended accessories to the perforated panel.
Do not transport people.
Do not store or transport unsecured workpieces.
Do not place or position on mobile workstations and storage.
Do not carry out any unauthorised modifications.
2.5.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Comply with the national and regional regulations for safety and accident preven-
tion. Protective equipment such as safety shoes and safety gloves appropriate for the
risks associated with the intended activities must be selected, provided and worn.
3.
Assembly
3.1.
FITTING ARTICLE NO. 955443, 955444 (UNI PANEL MARKING
BOARD)
A
1. Unscrew the screw on the top of the UNI Panel (1).
2. Remove the cover strip (1).
3. On a suitable support surface, punch through the pre-punched holes of the cover
strip using a taper pin punch (2).
4. Place the marking board on the cover strip (3).
5. Secure the marking board with 2 screws, 2 washers and 2 nuts. When doing so,
counter-hold the nut using a suitable tool (3).
6. Place the cover strip with the mounted marking board on the UNI Panel (3) and
secure it using the screw from step 1 (3).

Marking attachment has been fitted.
3.2.
FITTING ARTICLE NO. 955453 (UNI WALL MARKING
ATTACHMENT)

1. Unscrew 2 screws on the top of the UNI Wall (1).
2. Position the marking attachment and align it with the drilled holes of the UNI
Wall (2).
3. Secure the marking attachment using the screws from step 1 (2).

3.3.
FITTING THE SET OF WHEELS

CAUTION
Transporting to the place of installation

Wear foot protection and safety gloves.

Make sure the paths for movement and transport are clear.

At least two persons must be employed to transport it to the installation location.

Do not fit castors with a parking brake diagonally.
1. With two people, place the UNI Wall on a suitable support surface such as a pallet
truck to provide a ground clearance of at least 150 mm at the corners of the base
plate.
2. Using a suitable tool, press 4 blanking plugs out of the base plate from below (1).
3. Insert the washer and nut (2) into the castor from below (2). Counter-hold by
hand.
4. Position the castor on the hole in the base plate (2).
5. Counter-hold the nut using a spanner (2).
6. Secure the castor with a screw (2).
7. Repeat the process for the other castors.

Set of wheels has been fitted.
4.
Cleaning
Do not use chemical, alcohol-based, abrasive or solvent-based cleaners. Wipe down
powder-coated surfaces (such as body, metal panelling, drawers, storage shelves)
with lukewarm, dampened cloth.
