7. Maintenance
• Please turn off the power and unplug the power cable, if there is any smoke, disgusting
smell, or noise. Please contact your local retailer or customer service center for help.
• The NVR should be installed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, inflammable,
explosive substances and etc.
• All the examination and repair work should be done by qualified service engineers. We are
not liable for any problems caused by unauthorized modifications or attempted repair.
7.1. Firmware Upgrade
• Download the latest Firmware version for the NVR from our webpage:
https://www.blaupunkt.com/en/nc/servicesupport/downloads/
• Unzip the zip file. File name should be XXXXX.bin
• Log in to the NVR web interface and go to Setup -> System -> Upgrade
• Click "Browse" find and select the FW file that was downloaded before.
• Click upgrade and wait until upgrade is complete. Once upgrade is complete close the tab
and login again. (rebooting after firmware upgrade may take a few minutes)
