to CD.
Press OPEN to open the disc compartment
and place a disc with the printed side up.

Total number of tracks and total playing time are
displayed.
Press F/n
PLAY/PAUSE
to start play.
The number of the track being played and
elapsed playing time are displayed.
Turn VOLUME to adjust the volume.
STOP – Stops play.
/1 1 PLAY/PAUSE
– Pauses play. To resume play, press
again.
W,-
SKIP/SEARCH
– Searches for a particular point
during playback. Keep M
or W
pressed and then
release it.
- Skips to the beginning of a track. Press K
or M
repeatedly.
TUNER MODE/OSC/REPEAT
– Repeats a single track or all tracks. Select as follows.

1:
A single track is played repeatedly.
Select a track with M
or M.

ALL: All tracks are played repeatedly.
After listening, set FUNCTION to POWER (!) STANDBY.
NOTE
Do not use irregular shaped CDs (example: heart-shaped,
octagonal
ones).
It may result in malfunctions.
Do not place more than one disc in the disc
compartment.
Do not try to open the disc compartment
during play.
Do not touch the lens. Doing so may cause malfunctions.
Buttons on the remote control and the main unit with identical
indications
have the same functions.
To select a track directly
Press the numbered
buttons and +1 O button.
Example:
To select number 25, press the +1 O, +1 O and 5 buttons.
To select number 10, press the +1 O and O buttons.
The selected track starts to play and play continues to the
end of disc.
Up to 20 tracks can be programmed
from the disc.

To select a track with the remote control, press the

Repeat step 3 to program other tracks.

To check the program,
press H

in stop mode.
To clear the program, press
in stop mode so that "M"
disappears
in the display. To clear with the remote control,
press CANCEL.
To change the programmed
tracks, clear the program and
repeat all the steps again.
If an erroneous
display or malfunction
occurs
Disconnect the AC cord and remove all the batteries to turn
off the display. Then turn the power back on.
