Warranty
Upon purchase of a LotusGrill Hybrid you are entitled to statutory warranty rights against
manufacturing defects of up to two years, depending on the country and proper use
according to the instruction manual. Your retailer is the authorized partner for you during
the warranty period. The back of this instruction manual with the retailer stamp or your
purchase receipt indicating the purchase date is your warranty certificate.
Any wear and tear, rust formation, distortion and discoloration of parts (particularly of the
stainless-steel parts) directly exposed to fire are normal and functional and do not consti-
tute a warranty claim. The charcoal container and gas burner container are wearing parts
and should be replaced from time to time.
Repairs
You are not allowed to not make any changes to the device. If your LotusGrill Hybrid is not
functioning properly, please contact your LotusGrill retailer or send an email to
kontakt@lotusgrill.de for further instructions.
