POSSIBLE ANOMALIES
ANOMALY
The machine won't start
The machine stops during use

RECOMMENDATIONS GOVERNING USE
We recommend setting the thermostats to a temperature of 150-160°C;
It is recommended that during the "rst operating cycle, a thin layer of olive oil is placed on the hot
plates using paper; this operation must be repeated every time that thorough cleaning of the plates
is carried out;
It is also essential to use well risen and not cold dough (remove the dough from the fridge at least
two hours before begin work) and place the lightly floured ball, exactly at the centre of the bottom
plate.
CAUSE
No electrical power
The rear protective grid is not
properly positioned.
The main switch of the forming
machine is in pos. 0"
The emergency button was pressed
The lower plate lifts 2 cm and then
lowers again
The temperature of the discs is too
low
The dough ball has not adequately
risen
The dough ball temperature is too low
SOLUTION
Check the main switch, the plug and
the power cable.
Check correct positioning of the rear
grid.
Turn the main switch of the forming
machine to pos. 1"
Turn the button to release and reset
machine operation
Invert two phases of the plug; the
motor rotates on the contrary
Adjust the temperature to 150°C -
160°C
Allow the dough to rise more by
placing it in a hot place
