El receptor EM 1031-V cucnta con btoqueo automatico
de ruidos ASC (Automatic Squelch Control) que provoca
que cl receptor past a funcionamiento silcncioso cuando
no sc alcanza determinada potencia de AF, o cuando
hay ruidos excesivos.

The AF level is displayed by an LED meter D which indicates the strength
of the audio signal received. When you speak into the microphone, the
yellow LED should occasionally light up. If the red LED lights up. the AF
level is too high (overmodillation).
Reduce die AE level by setting the sensitivity switch tL0/Hl;i on the
BF 108I -V or BE 1083-V transmitters from "HIGH" to ' LOW".
