. Operating the air fryer

WARNING!
Risk of fire!
Cooking oil and other liquids can catch fire as a result of
the high temperatures.
Do not fill the fryer drawers (15/18) with fat or cook-
ing oil as you would with a conventional fryer. Add
only the appropriate small amount of cooking oil to
the food, depending on the recipe.
Do not overfill the fryer drawers. We recommend fill-
ing the fryer drawers (15/18) only 75% full for ease of
use.
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
There is a risk of injury due to burning on hot surfaces.
The touchable surfaces on the appliance and accesso-
ries may become hot during operation.
Use oven gloves.
Pull the fryer drawers (15/18) out of the appliance.
Fill the fryer drawers with the food. For more information on the recommended
fill levels, see the tables in section "Recommended settings" in the user manual.
Hold the fryer drawers firmly by the handles (2/5) and push them from the front
until they are completely inside the appliance and click into place.
Press the standby button
Press the zone selection button (36) to configure the settings for fryer drawer
(16).
Press the DIY button (26) to make the setting manually. The default setting is a
cooking time of 15 minutes and a temperature of 180°C.
