19. Do not modify the machine : no modification and/or reconversion must be carried out. Use of
accessories or attachments other than those recommended in this instruction manual may result in
personal injury.
20. Keep handles dry, clean and free of all lubricants and grease.
21. Disconnect tools : Disconnect tools from power when not in use, before servicing, and when replacing
accessories, such as blades, drill bits, and cutters.
22. Remove adjustment keys : Make it a habit to check that keys and other adjustment components are
removed from the tool before turning it on.
23. Avoid any accidental starting : ensure that the switch is in the "off" position when connecting.
24. Use external connection cables : When the tool is used outdoors, only use extensions intended for
outdoor use and bearing the corresponding marking.
25. Stay alert : watch what you are doing, use common sense and do not use the tool when you are tired.
26. Check Damaged Parts : Before using the tool for any other purpose, it should be carefully examined
to determine that it will function properly and perform its intended function. Check the alignment or
locking of moving parts, as well as the absence of any broken parts or any fixing conditions and other
conditions, which could affect the operation of the tool. A guard or other damaged part should be
properly repaired or replaced by an authorized service center unless otherwise specified in this
instruction manual. Have defective switches replaced by an authorized service center. Do not use the
tool if the switch does not change from on to off.
27. Risk of burns: Allow moving parts (tip) to cool before touching them.
28. Have the tool repaired by a qualified person : this electric tool meets the corresponding safety
regulations. Repairs should only be carried out by qualified persons using original spare parts.
Otherwise, this may expose the user to significant danger. The user must contact the manufacturer to
obtain replacement labels.

1.2.1.
Risks related to projections

Be alert to the fact that a breakage of the part, accessories or the tool itself can generate high-speed
projectiles.

Wear impact-resistant eye protection at all times when operating the tool grinder or changing
accessories on the machine. The appropriate level of protection should be assessed for each use.

Make sure the part is securely attached.

Check regularly that the speed of the tool grinder is not higher than that marked on it. These checks
must be carried out without an abrasive product fitted and in accordance with the instructions given by
the manufacturer.

Ensure that sparks and debris resulting from use do not creat e hazards.

Unplug the grinder from the power source before changing the abrasive product and performing
maintenance.

Risks related to operation

Avoid contact with the rotating spindle and the tool to avoid cutting hands and other parts of the body.
Do not operate the tool while carrying it close to your body. In the event of accidental contact with the
