Online lubricator or oiler
3.1.
Recommendations
It is strongly recommended to install a moisture filter/separator, pressure regulator and oiler between
the tool and the air compressor.
Set the air pressure to 6.3 bars (prolonging tool life and user safety). If you set the air flow to a higher
value, the tool will be overloaded.
Install a water separator (filter) before the lubrication system.
Make sure there is oil (SAE#10) to lubricate the air inlet before using the tool.
Do not use oil with too high a viscosity to lubricate as this could reduce the power of the tool.
Do not use quick disconnects at the tool inlet, use threaded hose connectors made of hardened steel
(or a material with comparable strength).
Do not exceed the maximum pneumatic pressure indicated on the device.
Never carry a pneumatic machine by the hose.
Lubricate the air inlet before using the air tool.

Installing a grinding accessory
First select the grinding wheel you need. Install it on the collar, and, using 2 keys (one to hold the body
and the other to tighten the collar), lock the wheel in the collar
Change collar: To remove the collar that is fitted, use the 2 keys provided (one is to hold the body and
the other is to release the collar). Unscrew the collar nut and remove the collar.
Then replace with another collar. Replace the collar nut and install the desired wheel.
