Assembling the Coupling Kit
To assemble a coupling kit, follow the below steps:
Use coupling kits in between the modules if single modules are assembled into combinations.
1.
Insert sealing ring (1) in between the modules (2) and (5).
2.
Hold modules (2) and (5) form sides and place them together.
3.
Push coupling kits (3) from both the sides as shown in the figure.
4.
Tighten screws (4). Use maximum tightening torque depending on the model, as follows:
• FRL 1/2": 2.5 Nm (22 in.lbs)
• FRL 3/4": 3.0 Nm (26.6 in.lbs)
• FRL 1": 3.0 Nm (26.6 in.lbs).
Make sure that the tightening torque is applied according to the requirement.
