• Do not use the appliance if the supply cord or the plug is
damaged.
• Do not pull on the supply cord. Never use the supply cord
to lift up, carry or unplug the appliance.
• Do not wrap the supply cord around the appliance.
• Check the state of the supply cord. If it is damaged, it will
increase the risk of electric shock.
• If the appliance enclosure breaks, immediately disconnect
the appliance from the mains to prevent the possibility of
an electric shock.
• Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped, if there
are visible signs of damage or if it has a leak.
• Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
• The appliance must be used and placed on a flat, stable
surface.
• Do not place the appliance on hot surfaces, such as
cooking plates, gas burners, ovens or similar.
• Take care to avoid starting the appliance involuntarily.
• Do not leave the appliance out in the rain or exposed
to moisture. If water gets into the appliance, this will
increase the risk of electric shock.
USE AND CARE
• Do not switch on the appliance on without water.
• Do not use the appliance if its on/off device does not
work.

• Remove the appliance from its base to refill with water.

consequence, the appliance should not be used for the
cooking or heating of milk...
• The use of bottled mineral water adapted for human
consumption is recommended.
• Never leave the appliance connected and unattended if
is not in use. This saves energy and prolongs the life of

• Take care when handling recipients containing liquids
heated in this appliance as they may boil fiercely.
• CAUTION: Water condensation may appear on the

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE
• Please read carefully the "Safety advice and warnings"
section before first use
• Before using the product for the first time it is advisable to
boil water within, so as to remove all remaining dust and
impurities.
• Before using the product for the first time, clean the
parts that will come into contact with water in the manner
described in the cleaning section.
FILLING WITH WATER
• You must fill the water compartment before turning on the
appliance.
• Open the lid
• Fill the receptacle taking care to observe the MAX and
MIN levels.
• Close the lid.
• Put the appliance back onto its base.
USE
• Extend the supply cord completely before plugging it in.
• Attach the appliance to its base making sure that it is
correctly fitted into place.
